2. About Rocky Mountain Airlines

Rocky Mountain Airlines ("RMA") is a virtual airline community for flight simulation enthusiasts. We are not a real-world airline, do not sell tickets, and do not operate real aircraft. All references to "airline", "flights", "pilots", and "operations" refer to virtual/simulated activities within flight simulation software.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to:

Use the Website lawfully and in accordance with these Terms
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the admin panel or backend systems
Not interfere with or disrupt the Website or its servers
Not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Website without permission

4. Accounts & Authentication

Access to the admin panel requires authentication through Discord OAuth. By authenticating, you authorize RMA to access your public Discord identity (user ID, username, avatar) for the sole purpose of verifying your identity and displaying your name as a news author.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to admin functions.

5. Content

5.1 News Content

Administrators may publish news articles through the admin panel. All published content must:

Be relevant to Rocky Mountain Airlines and the flight simulation community
Be accurate and not intentionally misleading
Not contain offensive, harassing, or discriminatory material
Not infringe on any third-party copyrights or intellectual property

5.2 User-Generated Content

By publishing content through the admin panel, you grant RMA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the Website. You retain ownership of your original content.

6. Community Standards

Users who participate in RMA operations through FlyLAT and Discord are expected to follow the Standards of Conduct & Operations. These standards are enforceable at the discretion of RMA administration.

7. Third-Party Services

The Website integrates with third-party services including Discord and FlyLAT. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms:

RMA is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Rocky Mountain Airlines virtual airline brand, logos, and website design are the property of RMA's administration. The original Rocky Mountain Airways historical information is presented for educational and community purposes.

RMA is not affiliated with the original Rocky Mountain Airways (1963–1991) or any successor organizations.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. RMA does not guarantee that the Website will be available at all times, free from errors, or secure from all threats.

10. Limitation of Liability

RMA and its administrators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website. This is a hobbyist community project operated voluntarily.

11. Termination

RMA reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to any user or administrator who violates these Terms or the community Standards. Admin access may be revoked at any time at the discretion of RMA leadership.
