TERMS OF SERVICE

By joining Rocky Mountain Airlines and participating in our operations, you agree to:

• Follow our Standards of Conduct & Operations
• Comply with these Terms of Service
• Adhere to third-party platform policies (FlyLAT, Discord, VATSIM, etc.)
• Represent the airline professionally at all times

If you do not agree to these terms, do not join or participate in RMA operations.

Rocky Mountain Airlines is a flight simulation hobby community. All operations are virtual and conducted for entertainment purposes only.

• No real-world aviation services are provided
• No real-world compensation or payment is involved
• All flights are simulated using desktop flight simulation software

All pilots must adhere to our published Standards of Conduct, including:

• Professionalism in all communications
• Realistic flight operations and ACARS compliance
• Respectful representation on public networks
• Zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or toxic behavior

When representing Rocky Mountain Airlines, you must comply with all third-party platform terms:

• FlyLAT - ACARS tracking and flight logging
• Discord - Community communications
• VATSIM/IVAO/PilotEdge - Online ATC networks
• OnAir - Virtual airline economy simulation

Violations of third-party terms may result in removal from RMA.

Flight data integrity is critical. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using time compression or slew mode during tracked flights
• Falsifying flight reports or ACARS data
• Operating incorrect aircraft to manipulate stats
• Any attempt to "cheat the system" or gain unfair advantages

The Rocky Mountain Airlines name, logo, livery, and branding are property of RMA.

• Authorized use only while an active member
• No unauthorized alteration or misuse of branding
• Use must cease upon leaving the airline

Rocky Mountain Airlines reserves the right to remove any pilot for:

• Violations of Standards of Conduct
• Data manipulation or cheating
• Conduct detrimental to the airline's reputation
• Inactivity beyond policy thresholds

Pilots may also voluntarily leave the airline at any time with no penalty.

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Changes will be announced via Discord and reflected in the "Last Updated" date above.

Continued participation in Rocky Mountain Airlines after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Rocky Mountain Airlines is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. We are not liable for:

• Loss of virtual flight data or progress
• Third-party platform outages or data loss
• Disputes between members
• Any real-world consequences of virtual operations
