If you don't already have one, sign up at flylat.net. FlyLAT is the virtual airline management platform we use for flight tracking, ACARS, and operations management.

Apply to Rocky Mountain Airlines

Visit our company page on FlyLAT and submit your application. Our team reviews applications and will get you set up.

Connect with the crew on our Discord server. This is where we coordinate flights, share resources, get training, and hang out as a community.

Welcome & Onboarding

You'll be welcomed by staff and fellow pilots. We'll help you get set up with ACARS, understand our SOPs, and find your first routes.

Review Standards

Familiarize yourself with our Standards of Conduct. They're straightforward — be professional, be honest, and have fun.

Start Flying

Pick a route, fire up the ACARS, and take to the skies. Fly anything from ATR turboprops on mountain hops to A380s on international routes.

Grow & Advance

Build hours, improve your skills, explore new aircraft types, and progress through ranks. Mentorship and training are always available.
